MushrooMan Risotto

  • 3 garlic cloves & Fresh lemon thyme
  • 1 Onion , 4 Spring Onions
  • 5 Red Pepper
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil
  • 4 Carnaroli Risotto
  • 40 Grams of Dried Porcini
  • 200 to 300 Grams Of Parmesan Cheese

Share risotto dish


Step 1

Preparing the risotto 4 cups of risotto and 1 tablespoon of onion 1 tablespoon of your red peppers and one garlic clove chop finally 4 generous tablespoons of olive oil you may add 50 g of butter if you like cook and dissolve all ingredients in a large pot with the risotto When the risotto is beginning to caramelised with your ingredients start adding your porcini stock into the risotto and ingredients do not overfill the stock in the risotto only have 1 cm above the risotto while cooking at a medium heat for 12 to 16 minutes continued at add in your stock as the risotto will dissolves your stock at all times you must continue stiring your risotto ,so does not burn at the same time you must be adding one label of stock as your risotto is cooking


Step 2

Once you see your risotto start with expand and have a nice evening white centre Try first and make sure it's in the centre not o'clock just not dry If you are satisfied with the texture you then remove it from your pan and lay it spread all your risotto onto a flat nonstick baking tray this will allow your risotto to rest and be al dente when adding with your mushroom dish in your next step


Step 3

Add your two pre packs of picture foods mushroom mix Separate your mushroom mix into I'm even pieces no bigger than 15 mm big for shiitakes its best if you slice very finally no greater than 1 mm thick In a super large frying pan you add the rest of your ingredients onion garlic your red peppers and spring onions with a generous amount olive oil


Step 4

Add your all your mushroom mix into all ingredients into to your large frying pan stir continuously on medium to high heat if your mushrooms are very dry in the frying pan add 3 tablespoons of your stock into your stir-fry mushroom mix Once your mushrooms are three quarters cooked then add some lemon thyme into your mushroom mix Remove your mushrooms off the pan


Step 5

Now add one and half ladle l of stock into a large frying pan bring it to the boil start adding your risotto into the frying pan separate and mix evenly with your hands fingers You may need to add some more of your stock into the mix in order for your risotto to be cooked perfectly to al dente Stir continuously taste your risotto once you're satisfied with the texture Put aside 8 to 10 pieces of good sliced shiitake now you add all your mushroom mix into the risotto into the risotto then add a generous amount of your best Parmesan cheese Now fold your risotto with the mushrooms soft and easily add a generous amount of good tha cheese while story and take off the heat


Step 6

Serving suggestions for Risotto One standard teacup evenly spray olive oil inside the cup place one or two of your exotic mushrooms *Shiitake* on the bottom of your teacup Sprinkle a generous amount of your parmesan cheese on top of your mushroom then add in your risotto and fill the cup by compressing the cup then put it on a serving plate upside down turn it up right carefully lift and remove the tea cup then do the same method for the rest of the people you are cooking for
