Fresh Enoki mushrooms will last up to 14 days – don’t forget to store them in an airtight container when you place them in the refrigerator!

Since cultivated Enoki mushrooms are grown in tight clusters, you will also see them packaged in their tight cluster, stem to stem, with tiny caps.

Long, fragile Enoki mushrooms make a beautiful garnish for soups and other dishes. They can be added towards the end of stir-fry preparation, or used raw in sandwiches and salads for a crisp, delicious bite. Tip: Before eating, be sure to trim the mushrooms’ long stem at the cluster base.
